A little about me.
What inspired you to become a Support Coordinator? My first experience as a school teacher ignited a passion for working with individuals with diverse needs. I find great joy in assisting others and feel the most fulfilled when I’m supporting them with their unique requirements.
How long have you been working in this space, and what do you enjoy most about it? Being new to this position, I’m overly enthusiastic about learning. My greatest satisfaction comes from aiding my participants in meeting their requirements, alleviating their stress in the process.
What types of support services do you specialise in or have experience with? With a decade of dedicated service in the education sector, I possess substantial experience. My passion and expertise lie in working with children and their families.
Can you tell me about a particularly rewarding or memorable experience you’ve had while assisting someone? Continual recognition from clients and their families serves as a motivating factor for me. The satisfaction of my participants from my services is especially fulfilling. I love what I do!
What do you believe are the most important qualities for a Support Coordinator to have? Nurturing, patient, kind, flexible, knowledgeable.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Any hobbies or interests you’d like to share? I enjoy spending weekends with my family; going to the beach, park and eating out.
