Support Coordination – What to Expect
During our initial call, we will take the time to get an overview of your current situation and walk you through the process of support coordination and how it applies to you. Your support coordinator will then get a thorough understanding of your goals, cultural beliefs and challenges, ensuring they fully understand your support needs and can deliver them accordingly.

We will assist in negotiations with service providers about what they will offer you and how much it will cost out of your plan
